Sara Safransky, Co-Founder and Co-Director, holds a BA in public health policy from Hampshire College. Sara has a background in youth-development and education with urban teens. She has extensive experience working as an editor and researcher on book projects. She is currently working toward a Master’s in city and regional planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with an emphasis on food systems.
